1. The discovery call. 30 minutes. You leave with your first agent diagnosed, so you never have to choose (unless you want to, in which case of course!).
2. The strategy call. 90 minutes on how your business really runs and who you are. This builds context for both agents.
3. The build. You relax (as if) while I do the work.
4. The install. 72 hours later, together on Zoom, about 30 minutes. A live test, and a simple guide to keep for when you can’t remember something.
5. The refinement. A week later we sharpen it from your notes, then you grow it at your pace.
